My laptop got water spill (nescafe) on the keyboard and got into the laptop. My mistake is starting the laptop back on and not aware of the spill remaining in the laptop. Then buzzing sound coming from the laptop before the screen goes black. After that i manage to get myself tools to dissemble the hardware and managed to clean some part of it. I tried to turn it on but the screen still black.

Unfortunately, your laptop will need to be disassembled and inspected by someone else who is experienced.

There is a pretty good chance that the system board is damaged.

Yes.

The M.2 Solid-State Drive can be removed.

Put the M.2 Solid-State Drive in a USB enclosure.
You could also use a PCIe adapter in a desktop PC. You will be able to read from the SSD as if it were an addition disk in your PC.
When the enclosure is connected to a PC or laptop using a USB port, the data can be copied to another device.

Sometimes a PC or laptop shop will remove the device for you at a cost, of course, and put the data on a USB flashdrive for you. Not all laptop shops are capable of doing that.
