Water got into my laptop and now the screen is visably damaged. the laptop is still working but it’s on 5% and i’m scared to charge it. Does anyone know if it will be okay to charge and if there’s anything i can do for the screen ?

Haven't seen the screen but if its kind of foggy and whited out water has gotten into the panel. No way to repair it; the screen would need to be replaced. In the case of extensive water damage as you describe it really needs to be examined by a qualified technician and I am not going to tell you to plug electricity into it. Odds are it will be OK but there is some small chance it will short circuit and I do not want that on my conscience.
