Pretty much the same as subject ; We can't find your camera error code 0xa00f4244 no physical switch and no camera F key available (help said it's F13, but that is print screen)

I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06606217 to isolate and resolve the issue.
