I recently bought the HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0118au laptop and in the product description, it was mentioned that it comes with Windows Hello that allows you to login with your face. But when I try to enable hello face it is showing that "We couldn't find the camera compatible with windows hello face".
Is the laptop compatible or not
Please help

No, its camera is NOT compatible with Facial recognition with Hello. Where did you get "it was mentioned that it comes with Windows Hello that allows you to login with your face". ? Looks like that was NOT true.
Regards.
