Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! 

 

I am very puzzled by the fact that I have an HP Wide Vision FHD Camera and when I video chat with people, I'm always extremely grainy and not sharp in the slightest.  I just went into Device Manager to see if the driver needed an update and it said everything's up to date.  Can someone please help me troubleshoot?
