I have recently had to reinstall the Windows 10 OS on my laptop due to it just stopping working one day.
Since then, many web pages either don't load properly, or drop down menus don't work.
This is very frustrating and I wondered if anyone had any ideas?
Also since the installation the laptop seems to be extremely slow! Not what you expect for a £999 product!!

Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
To begin with, I would like to ask, how did you install the Windows OS? Also, do you get any error message while you're trying to access websites on the web browser?
Use HP Performance Tune-up to optimize your PC and help improve its performance:

Let's also perform a Hardware Diagnostic test using the steps below:
Press the Power button to turn on the computer and immediately press the F2 key repeatedly, about once every second, until you see HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI.
· From the UEFI main menu, click System Tests, then click Quick Test.
· Click Run once.
· While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen. The test can take up to 15 minutes.
· If no system component failed, please go back to the main menu and Exit from the screen.
Let me know the result.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!
