I am having problems with greenish camera / green background, already tried to reset ... uninstall driver restart several and several times .... install CyberLink PowerDirector .. Youcan and even then I can not solve.
They can help me, a few months ago I bought it, I believe it is not a hardware problem, at least I hope it is not.
