The Webcam is not detected after the latest Windows Update [2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050094)]
The Cam error 0xA00F4244<NoCameraDetected> is given
Microsoft tried to resolve the issue and advised that the webcam driver is missing. However, neither they not I could not find it in the Driver Support details on the HP Support website.
They advised that reinstalling the driver should fix the issue.
Please provide how to download the driver and add that missing driver to the Drivers on the support page.

Microsoft provides the drivers for the HP 720p HD True Vision camera that you need.
I searched at windows update catalog, but was unable to find a driver for the version of Windows you have installed
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=HD%20HP%20True%20Vision%20camera
I suggest trying a Windows reset after saving everything you don't want to lose to an external storage device.

HP Has not ever provided webcam drivers in its support pages as far as I have ever seen.
I searched and tried to find a driver for you.
Installing Windows 10 might be the only way you will be able to get the driver back, if Restore or Reset did not help.
