Yes, I've been trying for 2 days to get ahold of HP support and it says its not available try again later. My Issue is I had HP custom build my 14" Spectra x360 less than a month ago. a few days ago I noticed the webcam not working at all. I have tried everything including uninstalling the cam and reinstalling it. It will work for a while then stop working again. It makes no sense to me. I have tired installing all the latest drivers and when I run diagnostics on it, it says its working fine but its not doing anything? Anybody else have this issue and find a way to solve it?

Have you checked that by mistake you do not click on the F2 key where the webcam is turned off or on ?
Also check if you have updated the BIOS.

Yeah I know about the f2 shutter key for the spectra. I did click it on and off several times and the light comes on for the webcam but it is not showing the image of me. I tried updating the bios but it says it has the latest bios update. I can disable the webcam and re-enable it and it'll work for a while then just stops again without me even touching the laptop. I've tried everything that I know of to try but it just stops working again on it's own.
