My webcam suddenly stopped being accessible in apps. It shows up in devices and I updated the drivers. It shows up as being working when I run diagnostics/tests. It appears to be working fine... but when I try to use the Camera app, I get an error "Can't start your camera.... 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed> (0xC00D36BB)" - and when I follow the Microsoft link provided, I've already done everything suggested and nothing works. Apps still can not access the camera even though I've set them to be able to do so. I also tried disabling the camera, but then I got a Windows blue-screen and the system restarted and conducted a memory test which the system passed with no errors. So, not sure what is going on, but I'm getting to my wits end on this!
