I have a G56 notebook running on windows 8.1 before, everything is fine so I decided to upgrade the OS to windows 10, ever since then I couldn't use my Webcam, the camera app of the PC is authorized under permission settings and it displays a black screen when I start the windows camera app, other third party apps couldn't use the camera as well, as most of them either crash or displays black screen

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
