Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay041wm (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My webcam got wiped out after a Windows update years ago. I got a new solid state drive & upgraded to Windows 11 last weekend & I thought it would fix the problem but it didn't. I still get the message "We can't find your camera". Is it not even showing up in the device manager.  What do I do?  I can't even download drivers from the HP site as I get an error message "unhandled error exception" but that was when I was trying to download the touchscreen driver & other drivers.  Can someone help me?  Thank you
