Product: EliteBook 2740p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I just went to check my webcam on Skype as well as the HP webcam app and the video is blank.  I'd appreciate help troubleshooting.  Should I uninstall it and then ???

You can download the new driver. Maybe it works...

Thanks but download which driver and where?  HP support lists 7 drivers available, none of which specifically refer to webcam.
