Hello,
My HP laptop camera is not working properly. Originally photo quality of camera is 0.9MP, but sometimes camera gives photo quality of 0.2MP which gives very poor photos. This issue occur sometimes. Whenever I try to give online proctored exam through my laptop, websites can't able to access camera. Yes, in all these cases I already gave permission to website to access camera. Kindly help me to solve this issue. I already done updating, reinstalling camera drivers, reset my laptop. Kindly suggest me what to do. I am also attaching a picture to show how bad camera is clicking pictures.

It is unfortunate that you are experiencing this web cam issue.
Since you are using a mainstream with a HP True Vision 720p HD camera that is about the best it will ever be.
Since you are need the webcam for educational reasons, you should consider upgrading to an external USB webcam with either 1080p or better yet, 4k capability.

If the websites can't access your webcam that means that it is not installed properly in Windows or that you may be inadvertently blocking the website's access to your web cam.
Go to the Windows Camera app to see if Windows recognizes the webcam as being installed.If your security software or Windows asks for access, allow it.
You may, as I had to, have to exit the Camera app and then access it again for this to work as expected.
You should see an image of yourself, if it is properly installed.
If you see an image, there is a problem at the websites you are trying to allow access to your camera.
If you do not see an image, there is a problem with the driver or the camera.
