I purchased HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs2082tx in July 2019, for about a year the laptop worked pretty fine but now I am facing some problems. These are:-
1.) Today and yesterday when I was turning on my laptop in the MORNING a weird noise started to come from the laptop I think it was like that fan is not able to rotate freely. This happened only in the morning and not every time I turned on my laptop.
It would help me a lot if someone could answer what to do next.
The laptop is still under warranty.
Attaching a video.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is draining fast and the fan is making a loud noise when you turn on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

For the fan noise, I recommend you try cleaning the fan following the steps in the below article.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
