Hallo, welche Treiber sind im Gerätemanager nötig, um die folgende Meldung im Gerätemanager, mittels Ausgeblendete Geräte angezeigt, "Andere Geräte : ACP HDA Node"verschwindet?

Yes, since the notebook works so far and I can't find a solution of my own, it's a really strange problem (I have 4 working PCs at home, all of which are running), the topic can be considered closed for now. I will contact HP and the dealer soon.

I still have something. Since sound recording didn't work on the notebook with the camera at the beginning, I found the solution to get the AMD Audio CoProcessor running in the device manager under system devices by right-clicking and updating the driver, and after 3 seconds the problem with the camera was solved ! Maybe it will help someone or someone else.

This would be the driver you want...select the W11 driver from the link below.

 

It doesn't matter what Ryzen 7xxx processor your notebook has.  The driver is the same for all Ryzen 7xxx processors.

😮Mein Notebook hat Sound , es ist vom Ton alles ok, nur dieser Treiber für dieses ACP HDA Node finde ich nirgendswo, ich wollte auch einmal Windows zurücksetzen, aber das nimmt das Gerät gar nicht an?? Es wundert mich, das bei einem neuen Gerät solche Probleme bestehen. Wenn ich hier hier etwas auf Englisch kopieren will, wird es automatisch ins Deutsche übersetzt .☹️

See if this works:

 

I have zipped up and attached the driver below, that you should need to install that device.

 

Download and unzip the driver file to its folder.

 

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

 

Go to the device manager.  Click on the ACP HDA Node device needing the driver.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

 

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Here's a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for that hardware ID.

The developers at HP have to find a solution or develop an update. I've been at this for 5 days and can't find a solution. Normally this shouldn't be the case with a new notebook. It's a HP 255 15.6 inch G10. I hope there will be an update for this in the near future.
