Hey so I'm wondering what I can upgrade in my Laptop. This includes GPU, CPU, ram, ssd, and anything else that is possible.
Also, how can I run games better?

The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06457019
Two things you can not upgrade: CPU and GPU because they are soldered down to it System board. That leaves you 2 things you can upgrade
1. RAM: It has 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB) now. You can upgrade to
(a) 16GB: add same exising 8GB to slot 2 or using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs8266/ct16330040
(b) 32GB: install 16GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bls2k16g4s26bfsd/ct16330043
(c) 64GB: install 32GB each to both slots using the following compatible RAM
https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k32g32c16s4b/ct16770119 (will run at 2666MHz)
2. STORAGE: It already has 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD. No need to upgrade but if you wish to use larger capacity you can use

Or similar from reputable vendors.
One example with compatible drive
