Your HP - Compaq HP 14s-fq0013dx (192T6UA), according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06642370.pdf and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-14s-fq0013dx, is compatible with up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-21300, 2666 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks. I would recommend DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz RAM sticks, which will down throttle to 2666 MHz.
