Hello,
I am planning to upgrade an old ProBook 6570b and use it as HTPC.
I saw in the manual that it only supports 1.1GB/sec transfer rate. Does it mean it only has the very first SATA generation?
This is the manual: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03565466.pdf
