The only problem is the thinkness? how thick can it be Max?

Yes. Perfect 2.5 (inches) wide and 7 mm thick. Like 99.99% of all SSDs. That is the correct dimensions for your laptop.

9.5 mm but every SSD I have purchased in the last couple years has been 7mm and they usually come with an adapter to make them 9.5 mm thick...a square plastic piece that sticks to the top of the SSD with two-sided adhesive tape.
