What are the best laptop cooling options?
The laptop will be primarily in the office, rarely being mobile, although those rare occasions I simply leave the laptop on the hotel desk or airplane tray. I never needed to be the conventional laptop user that actually placed the laptop on my lap or a soft surface. So, laptop cooling will not be cumbersome to me.
When compared to all the gaming laptops under $1,300 from Asus, Dell, Lenovo, Razer, and Acer, the OMEN 15t, has been best by far for i/o port features and performance, but all the benchmarkers appear to have the same constant nagging issues about heat under high performance scenarios. In short time, I will be buying the OMEN 15t, if I can be persuaded on laptop cooling options.
I have seen cooling options that boost exhausts by externally strap to the outake. I have seen ALOT of cooling pads, not for sure which is best. I have also seen some odd cooling devices that connected to a USB port, if I understood correctly.
I am looking for specific recommendations please. Thank you for your time!

I have convinced myself to splurge $200 more so will likely buying the Omen 15 dc1088nr (https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/omen-by-hp-15-dc1088nr) with just the 1 year protection warranty.
Redundancy and clean environment seems to be the trick to keep the laptop cool.
I have come across these, I hope they help me.
