I recently bought a new laptop via internet website.
(I ordered HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-aw0250nd on 14/April/2020.)
Yesterday, I already found out that there is something wrong with a one part of the laptop - a rubber bumper that keeps the screen safe from any physical friction from the keypad.
Around the keypad, there are 4 rubber little bumpers that keeps a gap between the screen and the bottom part of the laptop,
1 of them is too low than the others and if I touch it (even very softly), it pushes back.
When I close my laptop, I can already see that there is basically no gap between the upper and bottom part, and this makes me very worried since this model supports a touch screen.
I am living in Belgium, and ordered from a Dutch(The Netherlands) website.
I feel so devastated to find out that there is already a physical defect on a new laptop, and I have been googling more than hours and hours trying to get customer service contact info so that I can send an e-mail, which I couldn't
rubber bumper zwith defect
a normal rubber bumper
