Hi there!

I am bit confused. Would like to purchase docking station (preferable from the same manufacturer - HP) for my laptop HP Pavilion Gaming15-dk0031na, but there are so many offers from one side, and read that not all docking stations work with HP Pavilion laptops.

 

Could You help?

No, that is not true. Your machine does not have docking port. Its specs

Depending on your requirements, any USB dock should work with your machine

Just small confirmation: so, I need to check for docking station with ucb-c correct?

Just to let others know - provided solution do not work!!

Bought HP USB-C Dock G5 (5TW10AA#ABB)

https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-usb-c-dock-g5

 

which has usb type c, but it doesn't work!

I mean - it connects but do not charge laptop!

 

So, not sure which dock station is compatible.

Tried to contact HP, but they also couldn't recommend any dock-station.
