Hi
What does #B1R stands for in the end of product code? I understand that it is somewhat localisation?
#B1R is meant for baltic countries, but keyboard layouts are english ones?
Thanks in advance.

That code, along with the product ID, is used to identify your system.
Unless I am mistaken, your product ID is 6V5W7AV#B1R and you do not have "HP cloud recovery" but you do have "client cloud recover". I am unsure why there are two different tools.
Client recovery is discussed here
You would download the sp150676 file to return your system to factory default
FWIW, I will add #B1R to my list of country codes
but there is #ARL for Baltic already. I do now know of the difference.
If your product ID is different from 6V5W7AV#B1R please let me know. You may want to try making a recovery image to ensure that the client recovery exists. Unfortunately, some system do not have any cloud recover regardless of what the software indicates. I assume the recovery will be windows 11 and not an earlier version like 8. If your system came with FreeDOS there would be no cloud or client recover.
