HP 15-rb096nc

Good day. I m new in this place and have problems with orienting myself.

1) How do i tell if SSD in HP laptop (notebook) has NVME interface?

2) What does your label ,,M.2 SSD" in specifications mean?

2B) Has every laptop specified by you as ,,M2. SSD" NVME interface?

3) What does M.2 SSD cloud means? It s unique SSD feature/interface to HP so it should perhaps be explained little bit more

4) Which HP laptops are NVME firendly? Is there one place where i can find this information? Like list of laptops with NVME slot or product numbers of those laptop series?

5) Has HP 15-rb096nc NVME interface?

6) Has HP 15-rb096nc slot(s) for aditional SSD?

As a small feedback i feel like i should not even be asking these questions, the answers should be obvious just from looking into your specification or website, but they are not. Your way of representing specification to your own products feels to me like unfriendly and time consuming for end user/searcher by design. Which is shame. Even your business/sale partners (alza.cz), whose job should be describing and selling your products to end customers, are sending them back to you if they ask about your laptop driver and slots specifiacations. (formats of SSD, their interface and present/empty/used slots in your laptop)

Hi:

This is a peer to peer forum--folks like you and me who do not work for, or represent HP.

You will not get any answers to your questions from HP here.

You can address your inquires to the HP executive team at the link below.

I can answer one question for you, and that would pertain to the type of M.2 drives that are supported in the 15-rb096nc notebook PC...

If you look at chapter 1 of the maintenance and service guide linked to the 15-rb000 model series support page, you will find that the M.2 drives are SATA III, not NVME.
