I've recently shipped my device off for repair and I was quoted a week for the turn around time. I was directed to the hp.com/repair if I wanted to check the status of my repair. It's been three days so far and the website still shows that it has yet to be received by HP even though there is a FedEx tracking number that stats that it was received and also someone signed for it. I've called multiple times asking for a request or at the very least to update the status on the website and every time that I have called I keep being told to wait 24 hours. I was also told that repair will start once my device is located, which further concerns me. I would just love a straightforward answer to my questions. If anyone else has experienced this or knows how to assist with this, please let me know!

Unfortunately, there is a delay in the Services. based on the part availability.

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
