Some of the # keys when i typed gave me different results, for example the #1 key when i pressed it displayed 18 and switched to the next line. the o will only type in capital letter. The problem is intermittent.

I ran the HP diagnostics on my laptop and gave me this Failure code: OLJN1Q-79N9K7-RXPR6J-G00L03

Hi @moussontheloose

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

The Failure ID generated by running the diagnostics test indicates a hardware failure with the keyboard and it should be replaced. I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the keyboard replacement.

Hope this helps!
