Hello All,
I have a HP Envy x360 15 Convertible PC, Product number 174R7AV.
Can someone tell me what functionality is supported by the USB-C port?
When I look it up the specs I see:
1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge)
But I am not sure what all that means.
Thanks.

It has a good SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate (USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort™ 1.4, HP Sleep and Charge) that means you can
- connect it to an external monitor (or more using daisy chain).
- use USB-C chargers with wattage rating 65W or more to charge your machine
- and can charge other devices (phones, tablets ...) when machine sleeps
It is a good candidate for HP USB-C G5 (5TW10AA) dock.
Regards.
