Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi so I will be glad to know if the upgrades I want to buy really are for my laptop 

 ssd - "Sandisk Plus SDSSDA 240GB G26 SSD SATA"
 ram -"Transcend 4GB 2666Mhz DDR4"

 

and also if 4GB ram is the max or I can do even 8GB
