When I was charging my Hp Envy x360 I noticed that it stopped charging at 50% but as I was watching the percentage it was starting to decrease so I decided to do a battery check in the hp support assistant app where I proceeded to get the error code Failure ID: PU7P3S-BPHC8M-XD7WXG-C0AN23 with a battery current saying -800 mA My battery has now gone from 50% to 32% while writing this. Quick note my charger/adapter is really hot, but can charge 3 other laptops with no issues. I have done some research and all it says is that the battery has a error does anyone know what it actually means or what is causing it. Has anyone had any similar issues or know how to fix it.

You're very welcome.
There is no direct phone number.
The only way to contact HP is to start at the link below, and if your notebook is not under warranty, you will be charged for support.
It would probably cost you less money to just buy a new battery than to pay for support from HP and be told that you need a new battery.
You have a nice day too.

Enter the required information at the link below and it should provide a report of the code and the most likely way to fix it.

I wouldn't be surprised if the report indicates that you need to replace the battery.

Would you know anyway I could get in contact with hp online without using a phone number. And would you know why when the laptop is on charge it is still depleting the battery but when I charge other laptops with the same charger it works fine. If not thank you for helping me out and have a nice day.
