ENVY 17-ce0576na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Re ENVY 17-ce0576na, a computer technician told me that the RAM of this particular model cannot be upgraded. The CRUCIAL website says that ce0XXX series takes up to 32GB, with a remark 'not to exceed the manufacturer's specification'. Is this model upgradable, or is it not ??

Its specs

    https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c06405463

which shows it has   16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB). You can replace with

        https://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/envy-17-ce0576na/CT15931251

from Crucial UK. And that is a valid upgrade.
