Product: HP Pavilion Dv6-6101ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I am looking at upgrading my old Pavilion dv6-6101ax Entertainment notebook with a new SSD which should help, however my main concern is I cannot find any information on HP site or web as to whether this model laptop can be increased in RAM from currently 8 gb to 16 gb .
Currently 2 x 4GB, DDR3 1333MHz. Was going to purchase 2x 8GB - PC10600 SO-DIMM 204 pin 16000mhz. Not sure if this would work in this model.
System is running Windows 10 -64 bit on AMD A6-34MX APU.
any assistance would be appreciated.
