Not one Management level HP person can give a simple answer to this question in four departments. I get put on hold and dropped calls for hours. It is exhausting that HP has REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE PROPER ADDRESS IN THEIR EMAILS. If the loaner laptops do not get returned to the expected address, we all will be charged on our credit card.  JUST SEND THE PROPER SHIPPING LABELS BY EMAIL AND GIVE EVERY CUSTOMER THE PROPER ADDRESS FOR LOANER RETURNS!!!!
