Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Guys
Purchased Xmas last.  BIOS is 6 series.   4GB RAM fitted is 2133Mhz DDR4
Can anyone tell me what is the maximum RAM size this laptop can take?  I have searched to no avail...

The memory upgrade info can be found in chapter 1.

I always thought that models with the Pentium processors only had one slot which could take a max of 8 GB.

 

The manual does not show anything but two slots and the processor specs from Intel indicate the processor can support up to 32 GB of memory.

Maybe you can try the crucial memory scan tool and see how many slots it reports...
