If you are just flush with cash, it is well known that laptops running Intel Core gen 6 and higher processors and DDR4 memory can handle up to 32 gigs of RAM. This is not official; the manual will tell you 16 gigs is the maximum but we see resellers on amazon and such selling these units with 32 gigs and we have had users here in the Forum report success and lastly and perhaps most importantly, Crucial sells a 32 gig kit for it (just under $400) and Crucial will guarantee it works.

It is DDR4-2666 but will still run in your system as DDR4-2133.
See p. 43 of the Manual here for installation instructions:

I am sure you know your computer and how you use it but it is a rare user who can't get by with 16 gigs of RAM...and $400 is a lot to spend if you will only discover the problem is not really too little memory.
Post back with any other questions but please accept as solution if this is the answer you needed. Always here to help.

Thanks for your kind answer.
Consider me as a rare user 😄 because I am running some environmental simulation engines and other animation programs such as Lumion which are working some how fine with 16gb but would be better if I upgraded my memory.
As you mentioned my problem was that the manual are stating that 16gb are the max but I found some other units online with upgraded memory as 32gb which confused me and made me post this question.
Again I am really grateful for your prompt reply and I just accepted your solution.
