Hello!
I need to find the correct power adapter or my HP Stream 14-cb172wm.
It won't power on at all. I lost the AC Adapter and bought a replacement that was universal. It is 65w. When I plugged it in, I see no light turn on next to the charging port. Would this happen if my charger is 65w and the original is 45w?
What is the part number of the correct 45w Adapter?

You can use either one of the two listed as the first one indicates the second one is the functional equivalent.
The power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter is sold separately.
What I recommend you do is to go on eBay do a search by either power adapter part number and find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.
Those usually come with the power cords included.
