What is the difference between these two laptops?

Is the only difference between these two products the screen being touch or are materials different? Would the non-touch version work with a pen?

Thanks for the answer! In case anyone else has this question: Sales told me that they are the same thing, just different base specs. But what made me bring the question up is when you max out the specs they are about $150 different in price. Turns out despite this they should be exactly the same. Thanks for the help!

So, I had the same question. I recently purchased HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1

but I saw the same laptop for better price when you max the features the only thing I'm getting it's the price is more. I selected this laptop HP Spectre Laptop - 15t-eb000191B0AV_1... that is way more cheaper than this when you max the features on both of them HP Spectre Laptop - 15t-eb000191B0AV_1 this one is way more cheaper.

I just want to know if they're the same then... why the price is more for the HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1. also I see a difference when you upgrade the graphic card on HP Spectre x360 Laptop - 15t-eb000 touch7PU81AV_1 this model the price goes $200 up it only suppose to be $80 for the upgrades.
