I just want to know about the driver update of
"HP Development Company, L.P. - System - 11/19/2017 12:00:00 AM - 7.0.1.1"
That, why for this system driver is used? What are the benefits of this update?

It appears to be an update to the HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor to version 7.0.1.1

Here is what appears for the new driver:

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver accelerometer.inf_amd64_45c725ed0f52ab3a\accelerometer.inf for Device Instance ID ACPI\HPQ6007\3&11583659&1 with the following status: 0x0.

BUT there are posts which seem to indicate that some users are having problems with the update not installing properly and Device Manager showing some devices with Yellow shields or question marks. Let it install but if some things don't work after then go to the HP Support site and download the HP 3D DriveGuard Software sp81920.exe from the Chipset category and re-install the previous version. The  HP Mobile Data Protection Sensor is listed under System devices in the Device Manager.
