Run this command in Windows Powershell as administrator to determine how much memory your notebook can support:
Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PhysicalMemoryArray | Select-Object MaxCapacityEx, MemoryDevices
You can install DDR4-3200 CL22 memory in your notebook, but it is still only going to run at 2666 MHz.
