What is the max GB of ram I can install in the hp omen 15-ce0xx?

No errors but am running into using 75% of my ram and it is an 8gb 2400mhz. I'm looking at the Corsair Memory Kit 16GB DDR4 2400MHz SODIMM Memory it is (2X8)GB and I know this would work but I was wondering if it is compatable up to 32gb or not because they have the (2X16)GB 2400MHz kit also.

I do not know what info you found. Officially the PC has max 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz (2x8GB). You can see on page 1 of service manual

However HP DDR4 sytems will run with 32GB of RAM (2x16GB) so that would be the max.

ok so i have the hp omen 15 ce011dx is that one of the ddr4 groups because i cannot find my service manual?

The service manual I provided the link to is for your PC and the while series ofv15 ce0XX where the X can be any number

Hello,

I have the  omen 15 ce027nf  product number: 2YK94EA#ABF  with 64 bit OS windows 10 Home with 1 8GB ram stick installed by default.

Can I add a 16GB stick in the empty slot (or 32 GB)? and use a total of 32 or 64 GB in this laptop? 

I wonder if a BIOS update will provide this functionality.

Also, would an update to wondows 10 pro be beneficial  (aside from the added features like bitlocker and ability to join a group and domain, etc) in terms of performance?
