Product: HP Pavilion 15-cw0055nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

What is the maximum allowed RAM for an HP Pavilion Model 15-cw0055nr?  It comes with (1x8GB) 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM.  Any idea how much I can upgrade that to and a source for the upgrade?

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.

 

Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | pavilion 15-cw series | Pavilion 15-cw0055nr | Crucial.com

 

According to the report, you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory in your model.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC

 

HP indicates the max is 2 x 8 GB, but the Crucial memory report is almost always right.
