Hi,

Max RAM is 32GB of DDR4 2400Mhz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB

Example:

https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/hp-15-da0057na#memory

On page 42 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

https://content.abt.com/documents/90195/15DA0046NR_manual.pdf

Hope it helps,

David

Thank you David, even if ram installed is 2133 can I install 2400?

HP Recommended

You're welcome.

Yes, you can use 2400Mhz Ram which is usually easier to find and cheaper.

The RAM will run at 2133MHz.

Let me know if you need any further help.

Take care,

David
