Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade my computer's ram as it is currently only on 4gb. Also, would this be compatible with any of these?

What is your HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-cr0xxx ? For your links, the first one is for desktops and the second one is for laptops/notebooks. Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

No information for RAM but I believe it supports at least 16GB (2 x 8GB) using
