Product: EliteBook 830 G5( 4KU73PA)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I find an EliteBook https://floralimited.com/Product/ProductDetails/5090 in my country which has the storage specification of having 512 GB M.2 SATA FIPS 140-2 SSD. I am wondering what will be the speed of this ssd compared to M.2 NVMe?

About 4-5 times as fast as a hard drive and yet about 20-25% as fast as NVME. Expect 500 mbps +/- on the SATA SSD, and an NVME can be 3000 or over. SATA SSD is still very fast, just not insanely fast like an NVME.
