Hi there
I want to know, what kind of SSD will fit to my HP 250 G7
I already have an HDD (128G), but I want more ROM, and I wanted to buy SSD.
Should I buy M.2 Sata 2280 TLC or just Sata 2.5" will be fine?
Please let me know, I'm confused tbh

Hi:
Are you sure your notebook only has a 128 GB 2.5" drive?
That seems awful small.
Chapter 1 of the manual does not indicate that any 2.5" drive smaller than 500 GB was offered in the model series.
If your notebook has an Intel core processor, it has a M.2 slot that supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's.
See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.

Yes I made a mistake, there's only a SSD 128gb
But there are empty slot for hard drive, am I right?
If yes, can I put there new SSD (2.5")?
Because I have already ordered one, and I'm afraid that I did a mistake

Hi:
Your notebook has a space to add a 2.5" drive, but the parts may not be there to install it, since it came with a M.2 SSD.
You may need the SATA connector and the parts to mount the drive.
You can find the parts list in chapter 3, page 22 of the service manual if the parts are missing.
