I want to know which kind of SSD the laptop HP Notebook 15-da1016ne supports, which slots are present in the laptop?
I tried by using the virtual assistance but at the end it answered me to ask to the support, cause those specifications are not provided in the Product Specifications.

Thank you for replying to my question,

Can you suggest me which SSD will be best for my laptop HP Notebook 15-da1016ne, I use the development tools on my laptop like Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, PyCharm, MongoDB and all.
Should I go for NVMe, PCIe or SATA and what storage 512 GB or 1 TB?
Do this laptop support 1 TB of SSD?
If you have any specific SSD which have good performance, I really will like to hear that

Thanks.

You're very welcome.

You should be able to install any capacity NVMe SSD you want.

The capacities listed in the manual are just what HP offered in the model series, so if 500 GB is enough, you can install that, or you can go with a 1 TB if you don't think 500 GB will suffice.

A suggested drive would be a Crucial P3 Plus or a WD Blue SN5000

Amazon.com: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2 SSD, up to 5000MB/s - CT1000P3PSSD8 : Ele...

Amazon.com: Western Digital 1TB WD Blue SN5000 NVMe Internal Solid State Drive SSD - PCIe Gen 4.0, M...

These are Gen 4.0 SSD's but nowadays they cost less than a PCIe Gen 3.0 SSD which was the speed drive offered at the time your PC was manufactured since the NVMe slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0.

Thank you so much for the reply.

It really helps me a lot to choose the best SSD for my device,
I looked the Crucial P3 Plus and that will be perfect for me.

Thanks.
