Pavilion 15 n208tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Does it support NVMe? If not then do I go for m.2 or SATA III 2.5 inch ones? I was sure that SATA III would work but then I heard a guy say that it didn't on his n209tx model (which is similar to mine). I see so many options and I'm confused what my motherboard would actually support. I'm looking to upgrade urgently so any help is appreciated. Thanks guys!

Hi:

Your only option would be to replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.

Your notebook does not have a M.2 slot to add a SATA or NVMe SSD.

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types...
