HP ENVY 15t-k000 CTO Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

Every time I look up my HP ENVY 15t-k000 CTO Notebook PC by its serial number it shows me two different model numbers/names the one under the battery says GOT55AV but when I look it up online on HP site it shows J1H35AV please help me find out which one it is . Plus when I do a scan it says they are no battery in it but it does have a full charged battery in it plus it saying the charger is not putting the right volts to keep it charged what do i need to do ? again please help me if you can .
