Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f107no (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

There seems to be no access to any sort of easily findable official support or info for old HP laptops so I have to try this forum. I don't understand why things have to be so difficult. I just need a new battery for my old laptop so I can use it as a portable R-studio coding device.
