I am having problems with my laptop screen. It takes multiple tries to make it turn on when I open it. It flashes black when using it. It also makes words scrambled or out of focus when using Word or other documents. I think it is either a damaged display cable or a graphics card issue. The least expensive is the cable, but I don't know which cable to order before I crack the case. If it is the cable I will be able to replace it. If it is the graphics card, I will need a new computer. It is only 3 years old, and this is very frustrating.
Thank you for any help you can offer.

Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
